2. The essentials
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and does not load any third-party content. Fonts, images, the video and the map excerpt are hosted directly on our server. There is no customer account and no form that transmits data to us.
3. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the site, Vercel processes technically necessary data, in particular IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR).
4. Contact by phone, email or WhatsApp
When you call, write to us or sign up for a class, we process your details (such as name, phone number, preferred date) to handle your booking or enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
The sign-up form on this website does not send anything to us. It only opens WhatsApp or your email program with a prepared message on your device. We only receive it once you send it yourself. When using WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Limited also processes your data under its own privacy policy. If you prefer not to use it, you can always reach us by phone or email.
5. Links to other services
The “Plan route” and “Open in Google Maps” buttons lead to Google Maps. A connection to Google (Google Ireland Limited) is only made once you tap them; no data is transferred before that.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Simply contact us.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.
