Large towel with a ruffled edge over the ballet barre

What to bring

Tight-fitting sportswear and a large towel for the mat section. Tight-fitting sportswear is an advantage, so that Andrea can better see your body tension. We train barefoot, alternatively in ballet slippers or non-slip socks.

3+Preferred time from 3 people

Your preferred time. At your time.

With friends, colleagues or as a regular small group: from three people, your own class can be arranged — outside the schedule, at a time that suits you.

Corporate fitness

Also through your membership

The classes can also be booked via Urban Sports Club and Wellhub as well. If your employer offers one of these memberships, you can come that way.

With Urban Sports Club, the classes are included in the Premium (four visits per month) and Max (eight visits per month) plans. You still need to sign up in advance.

Frequently asked questions

Before you ask

Your question isn't here? Just send Andrea a short message.

Ask via WhatsApp
Bare feet on tiptoe on a parquet floor
Do I need any previous experience?

No — beginners and advanced participants train together, each at their own level. Nobody gets in anyone else's way.

Do I need to be able to dance?

No. The ballet barre gives support and some positions come from ballet — but there is no dancing. It is a full-body workout with elements of ballet, Pilates and yoga, combined with functional strength training.

How big are the groups?

Small — so small that Andrea can check in every exercise whether you are doing everything right and where to correct.

What should I wear and bring?

Tight-fitting sportswear and a large towel for the mat section. Tight-fitting sportswear is an advantage, so that Andrea can better see your body tension. We train barefoot — alternatively in ballet slippers or non-slip socks.

How do I sign up — and how do I cancel?

Simply via WhatsApp, phone or email to 0176 6431 9914 or berlin@barre-balance.de. We only get in touch if the class is cancelled or already fully booked. If you don't hear from us, we look forward to seeing you. If something comes up, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance — otherwise the class will be charged.

Where do I get a 10-class card or personal training?

Start with a trial class. Afterwards, 10-class cards, single classes and personal training are available directly from Andrea at the studio.

Can I come via Urban Sports Club or Wellhub?

Yes. With Urban Sports Club the classes are included in the Premium and Max plans, and they can also be booked via Wellhub. You still need to sign up with Andrea.

Are there separate classes for groups?

Yes — from three people, a preferred time can be arranged, for example for friends or colleagues.

Which class suits you?

A short message is all it takes — if you don't hear from us, we look forward to seeing you.
